Does anyone have and use this Hinterberg Easy Build Quilt frame? Would like to know the pros and cons and if it's worth $100 plus the expense of the conduit.

Looking forward to your reviews!

Thanks.

I have it and love it!! Have a purple log cabin on it right now. My dad helped me with it, picked up the 'long board' for the bottom at lumber yard, sanded and put polyurethene (sp?)on it, then got the poles from lowes. Mine is abt 10 feet long because I make a lot of large quilts, but in my opinion, you can't go wrong. Is very durable

I don't have the Easy build, but I do have a Hinterberg frame, the Classic. I really like quilting on it. It's very sturdy.

I have that frame...love it! Pros: folds up and out of the way, nice 3 rail system, easy to change tilt and height, simple to construct, easy to load after the first time, has a place to put an adjustable lamp to shine right on your work area. Cons: does not finish your quilting for you while you do something else.

PS: I needed no help putting it together and, in fact, made mine adjustable by changing the rails...4', 6', and 10', depending on what I'm working on.

Nancy-

I have a nice used Hinterberg Classic all ready to go- don't need to build. I live in Indiana, asking $150 would need to pick up though. I believe the shipping would double your price.

I might be willing to drive a bit to meet. Click on the download below and see the full sescription!

I have it. I really like it. It is in pieces at the moment, but as soon as I get the sewing room finished it will be set up again. I miss it.

I have a Hinterberg, but mine has 3 rails. I love it.My sons bought a kit with the ratchets, etc and made mine out of oak from the farm where I grew up.

Sorry, I just noticed this now (OCT 2013) and it's probably too late, but, hey. Hinterberg produces quality stuff.
